Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping
It is our pleasure to currently offer a $14.99 Flat Rate Ground USPS shipping on most of our items! This Flat Rate USPS shipping is for an unlimited number of our Maria's European LifeStyle brand linens and napkins shipped on the same invoice to a single address. Your package will ship ground to one physical address in the contiguous United States. We are proud to ship out most items within 1-2 days and should arrive, depending on U.S. location, within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment. We are not currently able to ship to PO Boxes or APO boxes. Antiques and vintage items are excluded from Flat Rate Shipping and will incur additional shipping and handling charges.*
Your order has been carefully picked, inspected and packed. We have made every effort in getting your items to you in good condition. Occasionally, accidents happen. If you find any breakage, shortage or incorrect items, please call us within 5 days of receipt. We will gladly try to correct the issue! Shipping charges are NOT refundable and you may incur an additional charge to send and/or receive an exchanged item. Of course, if the item arrived broken or the mistake was ours, no additional shipping charges will be added.
Returns
Note: If you need to return an item or if breakage occurs, PLEASE SAVE ALL ITEMS IN ORIGINAL BOXES WITH ALL PACKING MATERIAL! All items must be returned with original receipt, in new condition, unused, unwashed and with all original packaging. ANTIQUES, VINTAGE, LIMITED EDITIONS, SPECIAL PRODUCTION ITEMS ARE ALL SALES FINAL/NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. All breakage claims will be processed through the third party shipping company- usually USPS or UPS ground shipping. Please pack return items well and make sure to obtain a tracking number. Any loss or breakage for a returned item will be between the shipping company and YOU. Maria's will not reimburse in any claim against such a shipment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM PRODUCTS, ANTIQUES, VINTAGE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting Maria's European LifeStyle by email or telephone first.

Refunds will not be issued for:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
- Any special order, vintage, limited edition, special production or discounted items
Shipping returns
If your item is returnable, you should send your item FULLY INSURED with a TRACKING NUMBER to: ShopMarias.com, Inc. 1525 Miramonte Ave, Unit 4024, Los Altos, CA 94024.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item to us. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees incurred to ship the item to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
PLEASE NOTE: Using a third party shipper does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund email, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank. Your bank may also have a longer processing time before a refund is posted. please contact us at manager@shopmarias.com and we can help!
SALE or discounted items cannot be refunded. No exceptions.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, please send us an email within 5 days of delivery to manager@shopmarias.com . Our items are all special productions and imported; We will do our very best to replace your item with another. If we cannot replace your purchase with the same item or another of your choosing, we will send you a return shipping label and you will have 7 days to return the originally purchased item. After we receive the original item, we will give a full refund to the original payment method.
